1.5 kgs of mussels200ml Dry white wine or dry cider
1 onion - chopped finely
6 cloves garlic crushed (no need to peel)
handful of parsley chopped
150 grams butter

Melt butter into pot and put the onion, garlic, parsley into put.
Put in the mussels and add the white wine. Put the lid on and cook for a 5
minutes. Remove lid and Stir cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Spoon into a bowl
but dont put in all of the liquid.
