4 swordfish steaks
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup frozen corn kernels, cooked
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (coriander), optional
Method:Squeeze lemon over swordfish steaks. Grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source about 5 minutes each side.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the fish at serving time.
