Ingredients:
1/2 cup Japanese White miso
1/2 cup Japanese Cooking sweet sake
1/2 cup Medium dark Maple syrup
2 fillet of Orange roughy
Method:
Combine first three ingredients in deep cooking pan. Stir well and mix with whisk on med to slow fire. (Do not let it boil)Remove from sauce, discard sauce and bake in the oven at 325F until golden brown.
