BAKED MAHI MAHI w. RASPBERRY VINEGAR

Ingredients:

6 pieces mahi-mahi at 6 oz. each
1/2 cup Raspberry Vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Method:

Rub the butter on bottom of the baking dish, arrange the fish in the dish.

Pour the vinegars & cream over the fish, sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Cover with parchment paper, bake in oven at 450F 12 minutes.
