3 large mackerel
1 glass white wine
1/4l white sauce
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon chopped chervil and tarragon
Fry the fish in white wine for 10 minutes.
Cover with white sauce, add herbs. Sprinkle with chervil and tarragon, stir well and cook for 5 more minutes.
Boil potatoes and serve immediately with fish.
