AVOCADO ANCHOVY DRESSING

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 avocados, peeled
1 green onion
2 garlic cloves
1 fluid ounce anchovy

 

Method:

In a mixing bowl blend together egg, dry mustard, and oil.

Stir in liquid hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, and white pepper; mix well.

In a food processor, puree peeled avocados, green onion, garlic cloves, and anchovies.

Add the mayonnaise mixture and mix well.

Chill.
