4 pounds Red snapper fillets
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped Onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 pinch dried dill
2 tablespoons Butter
3 slice Cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup Chopped cooked shrimp
1 large Egg
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350F.
Rub fish inside and out with salt.
Sauté onion, garlic and celery in
butter until soft. Add bacon, bread crumbs, Dill, shrimp, egg,
salt and pepper; mix well.
Stuff fish; close with
toothpicks. Place in baking pan, brush with melted butter. Bake
40 minutes or till fish tests done with fork.
