GRILLED (BROILED) SHRIMP

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup catsup
1 small clove garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 to 3 pounds fresh large shrimp, peeled and deveined


Method:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish; stir well. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Remove shrimp from marinade; place in a single layer in a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan or similar shallow baking pan(s).

Pour about 1 cup marinade over the shrimp. Broil 2 minutes; turn shrimp over and broil 2 minutes longer or until done.

Serve immediately.
