Ingredients
2 pounds large fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined (leave tails on if desired)
seasoned salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
 
Method

Arrange shrimp in bottom of a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt.

In a bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, and sherry; blend well. Pour butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Broil under a preheated broiler about 4 inches from the heat for about 8 minutes, until shrimp are opaque.

Sprinkle with the chopped fresh parsley.
