110 grams of white crab meat; drained
110 grams of firm tofu; drained
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of white flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green spring
one 1 inch piece fresh ginger;
Oil for frying
Sieve the tofu into a bowl then mix in the remaining ingredients.
Deep fry small portions and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with fresh lime and a little soy sauce.
