Crabmeat - Seafood packer and processor, canned, fresh and frozen Pasteurized Crabmeat, Blue Swimming Crab, Portunus Pelagicus, Soft Shell Crab, Stuffed Raw Crabmeat, Raw Crabmeat Portion

Cooking & Preparation Time:  45 minutes  

Starfish Rating:

1 large green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup of finely cut celery
one 1 pound can of crab meat, shredded
1 can of canned shrimp
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of salt
a dash of pepper
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of butter
Combine the green pepper, onion, and celery.

Remove all tendons from crab meat and flake. remove black lines from shrimp and cut in small pieces. 

Mix crab and shrimp with vegetables. Add mayonnaise, and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Place in buttered ramekins or in greased baking dish. Cover top with buttered crumbs. Bake in moderate oven at 350F. until top is nicely browned, about 30 minutes.
