

Hi there
I’m determined to make Delia’s Christmas cake - made many times over the past 30 years but first time as a vegan. The recipe uses 4 eggs. I have bicarb and Crack’d ‘egg’, I also have aquafaba ready if needed. What would you suggest for the egg replacements please? I already have the fruit soaking so I’m committed to this.
